Hello Shopify Support Team,

I am writing regarding my Shopify account and the products that were recently removed.

I would like to clarify that I was not aware that certain peptide-related products are not allowed to be sold on Shopify. There was no intention to violate Shopify’s policies.

At this point, I would like to confirm that I do not wish to operate this website as an online store. My intention is to convert the website into a presentation / informational website only, without prices, checkout, or direct sales functionality.

 

Can u help me with that ?

The site would only display:

• Product images

• General informational content

• Contact details (email only)

No products will be sold, and no payment or checkout features will be used.

Please let me know if this approach is acceptable and if there are any specific steps I should follow to ensure full compliance with Shopify’s policies.
